1Acceptance of Rich88 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to rich88. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you as the user ("Member") and rich88 as the platform operator. By registering, accessing, or using any part of the rich88 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this Agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the rich88 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

Rich88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Notification of material changes will be delivered via email to the registered address or through an in-platform notice. The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent amendment.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use rich88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 years and above on the date of registration and throughout the duration of membership.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently listed under any self-exclusion or prohibition list associated with a recognised responsible gaming programme.
• Registering for yourself and not on behalf of any third party or entity.
• Has never previously had their rich88 membership terminated due to a breach of terms.

Rich88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account. All decisions regarding eligibility are final and rest entirely at the discretion of rich88.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one active account at rich88 at all times. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required include:

• Full name as per your Malaysian identity card (MyKad).
• A valid and active Malaysian phone number.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• A strong, unique password for your rich88 account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Rich88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact rich88 customer support immediately.

Rich88 reserves the right to require identity verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a certain threshold. The KYC process may require you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Rich88 supports all major Malaysian digital payment methods to make deposits convenient for all members. Accepted methods are:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Online Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks)

The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though specific limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method or account VIP tier. All deposits are processed in under 30 seconds and credited to your rich88 account balance instantly.

By using our platform, you confirm that all deposited funds are legitimately yours and not derived from any unlawful activity. Rich88 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding certain thresholds, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

Funds deposited into a rich88 account do not earn any interest or returns based on time held. Account balances that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 or the available balance, whichever is lower.

5Withdrawals

Rich88 members may withdraw funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — from RM 20,000 per day for Bronze members up to RM 500,000 per day for Prestige members.

The standard rich88 withdrawal process is as follows:

• Standard withdrawals (below RM 50,000): processed within 15 to 60 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (RM 50,000 – RM 500,000): require additional verification and are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit or to a verified Malaysian bank account in your name. Rich88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

6Bonus & Promotions

• Each bonus comes with rollover requirement that must be met before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements will be clearly stated in each offer (e.g., "1x rollover" means you need to wager the bonus amount once).
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash — they must first be used to place wagers.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per individual and per household.

Rich88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any commitments already made to members will be honoured.

7Game Rules

All games on the rich88 platform — including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports) and other table games — are subject to the specific rules of each game, which are accessible from within the game interface itself.

General principles that apply to all games on rich88:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by an accredited body to ensure random and fair outcomes.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified once the game has started.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, rich88 will refer to server records to determine the valid outcome. The server result is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as stated within the respective game interface.
• Rich88 is not liable for game outcomes affected by internet connectivity issues or device problems on the member's end.

For Sports Betting, all bets are subject to the rules and odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Bets placed after a match or event has commenced may be voided at rich88's discretion. Any errors in odds displayed will be resolved based on the correct odds, and rich88 reserves the right to void any affected bets.

8VIP Rewards Program

The rich88 VIP Rewards Programme has seven tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite, Diamond, and Prestige. Tier upgrades are automatic, based on the cumulative deposit amount in your account. Benefits at each tier include daily cashback, points multipliers, higher withdrawal limits, birthday bonuses, and access to exclusive privileges.

Regarding VIP tier stability:

• The VIP tier achieved will be maintained for 90 days from the date of the last gaming activity.
• Accumulated VIP points do not expire as long as the account remains active.
• Points can be redeemed for cash at a rate of 100 points = RM 1, or exchanged for free spins at the applicable rate.
• Daily cashback is credited as real cash with no additional rollover requirements.

Rich88 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, cashback rates, tier advancement criteria, or benefits offered, with reasonable notice given to affected members. Any changes will not affect points or rewards already earned prior to the amendment's effective date.

9Prohibited Conduct

Rich88 members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following, which are considered serious violations of these terms:

• Money laundering: Using the rich88 platform to process or conceal proceeds of crime.
• Fraud: Using false information, stolen credit cards, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, sharing accounts, or using software or systematic methods to exploit promotions.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or rig jackpot prize pools.
• Use of unauthorised software: Using bots, auto-clickers, artificial intelligence software, or any automated tools to play or place bets.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access rich88 systems, data, or accounts that do not belong to you.
• Defamation and harassment: Spreading false information about rich88 or harassing other members through our platform.

Rich88 operates a sophisticated fraud detection system that runs around the clock. Any account suspected of engaging in prohibited activities will be temporarily suspended pending investigation. If the account is found to be in violation, it will be permanently terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

10Account Suspension & Termination

Rich88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Activity suspected of involving fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• A self-closure request submitted by a member on responsible gaming grounds.
• Instructions from relevant authorities.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, rich88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account, including bonuses and any pending withdrawals. For account closures not resulting from a violation, the actual cash balance will be returned to the member once the review is complete.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the rich88 customer support team. Account closure requests related to responsible gambling will be processed with priority and without any obstacles.

11Limitation of Liability

Rich88 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly, securely, and without interruption. However, rich88 cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times and accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or factors beyond our control.
• Delays or processing failures caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Fair and random game outcomes that produce results unfavourable to the member.

Rich88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months prior to the relevant claim. The rich88 platform is for entertainment purposes — all game outcomes are random and no winnings are guaranteed.

12Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Rich88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website or notification to members via email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For material amendments that substantially affect members' key rights, rich88 will provide at least 14 days' notice before the amendment takes effect. Members who do not agree with the changes are entitled to close their account and withdraw their actual cash balance before the amendment's effective date.

This Agreement and all relations between rich88 and its members are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions of the Agreement continue in full force and effect.
